The Team  TOI A. BARBEL is a Jerry Thomas Public Relations team member specializing in international, government and community relations, health care, and faith-based initiatives. A native of the U.S. Virgin Islands, Toi has served as a senior advisor to the Schneider Regional Medical Center in St. Thomas, and to government units and political organizations throughout the USVI, including the St. Thomas/St. John Community Planning Group and the Virgin Islands Resource Center for the Disabled. Toi is fluent in Spanish and lived and worked in India for eight years. Recipient of the Congressional Black Caucus Award to Outstanding Black Clergy, Toi is also the senior pastor at the International Gospel Center of St. Thomas, where she is based.« back to team |
