The Wall Street Journal reports on Rev. Jesse L. Jackson's priorities for the new Democratic Congress and on the Wall Street Project Conference, now in its second decade as a force for economic fairness in America. Top corporations and financial institutions, along with many of the most powerful members of the new Democratic Congress, are participating in the Conference, where they'll hear calls for greater investment of record corporate profits in the nation's disadvantaged rural and urban communities.
